Role Overview
The Telecaller will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients to promote visa consultancy services. This position involves engaging with prospects, answering incoming queries, and managing client data to facilitate the sales process effectively.
Key Duties
- Make outbound calls to potential leads to introduce and explain visa consultancy offerings.
- Convert interested prospects into confirmed clients by addressing their concerns and persuading them effectively.
- Respond to incoming customer questions about visa procedures and provide accurate information.
- Keep the database updated with daily call logs and customer details to maintain accurate records.
- Regularly follow up with potential clients to maximize sales conversions.
Work Details and Compensation
The role is based in Chandigarh and involves full-time on-site work. The monthly salary ranges between 15,000 and 20,000 INR.
