Overview of the Role
At First Onsite Property Restoration, each day presents new challenges and opportunities. As a Technician, you will actively participate in restoring properties with emergency recovery and mitigation efforts, working closely with a skilled team to ensure efficient project completion. The role involves hands-on use of various tools and equipment, making a direct impact on business recovery and disaster response.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in water, fire, and mold mitigation activities, including light demolition and setting up equipment.
- Ensure company vehicles are clean, well-stocked, and ready for rapid deployment.
- Adhere strictly to safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment at job sites.
- Support thorough project documentation through photographic evidence and daily reporting.
- Record expenses, track work time, and complete all assigned work orders accurately.
- Engage in physical labor such as debris removal and material handling.
- Provide versatile assistance across different service lines as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Ability to obtain Water Mitigation Certification within one year of employment.
- Previous experience in restoration is preferred but not required.
- A valid driver's license is essential.
