• Craft engaging job descriptions, outreach communications, and correspondence with candidates.
• Manage candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accuracy throughout recruitment.
• Monitor recruitment activities and generate regular reports on performance and sourcing results.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Prior experience as a Technical Sourcer, Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or related position.
• Proficient in various sourcing strategies and recruitment tools/platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Intermediate proficiency in German (spoken and written) is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and operate effectively in a remote work environment.
