About the Role

As Technical Co-Founder, you will spearhead building the operational agentic AI layer tailored for fan-focused institutions such as sports teams, music, and live entertainment. These organizations often struggle to hire specialists needed to run complex operations related to fans, rights, sponsors, content, and events. Our vision is to encode these specialist capabilities as AI skills that run seamlessly within existing institutional workflows, democratizing access to world-class operational resources without requiring large headcounts.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop AI skills that integrate with multiple modern AI platforms including Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot, enabling them to operate within each institution's AI environment.
• Engineer robust, secure integrations connecting AI capabilities to existing institutional systems such as CRM, financial software, and ticketing platforms.
• Design, own, and evolve the product architecture and engineering roadmap as a true technical co-founder responsible for the full technical stack.
• Build scalable backend infrastructure and data pipelines designed for efficiency and continuous refinement through user feedback.
• Create the foundational layer that ensures the product improves with ongoing use, fostering compound growth of capabilities across many institutions.

Candidate Profile

• Proven builder with founder-level drive who excels at shipping applied AI solutions from concept to live product.
• Expertise in large language model application layers, including mastery of prompts, AI skill design, evaluation techniques, and understanding the nuances of today's generative AI platforms.
• Strong background in integration engineering – designing APIs, authentication methods, and connecting AI to enterprise systems.
• Comfortable developing lightweight backend services and data flows without over-engineering.
• Enthusiastic about leveraging AI platforms rather than designing machine learning models or focusing on massive infrastructure scaling.
