Job Overview and Responsibilities

As a Team Member at Emirates Flight Catering, you will be responsible for precise and timely execution of aircraft loading and unloading activities following Galley Loading Plans, standard operating procedures, and safety protocols. You will operate and guide high loaders safely, adhering strictly to airside guidelines and manufacturer instructions. Maintaining a zero-incident environment by complying fully with airside safety policies and company regulations is essential. Coordination with team leaders and other stakeholders is required to ensure prompt aircraft turnaround. Timely communication of operational statuses, issues, or hazards to supervisors is mandatory. Immediate escalation of any incidents or safety concerns is expected. Your work will align with the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Policy and relevant departmental procedures. Consistent adherence to mandatory training, certifications, appropriate personal protective equipment, and fitness standards is necessary to operate on the airside effectively.

Qualifications

• Completion of Higher Secondary School Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
• At least one year of experience in either the food or logistics sectors; previous experience in airline catering is preferred.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English for effective communication.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate efficiently within a multicultural and multinational team environment.
