Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverage items following the brand’s quality standards.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety within the café.
• Manage billing procedures including cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) operations.
• Assist with inventory tracking and support daily operational activities in the store.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and service objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• Open to freshers; dedicated training will be provided to help you succeed.
• Prior experience in café, quick-service restaurants (QSR), restaurants, or hospitality sectors is an advantage.
• Minimum educational qualification of 10th or 12th grade pass.
• Strong communication skills paired with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
