Job Overview
We are seeking a Team Leader / Shift Incharge to join our Business Leader team in Navi Mumbai. This role encompasses managing email marketing tasks alongside back office operations and internet research. Candidates should have strong computer skills, communication abilities, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough internet research and data mining activities.
- Send marketing emails using tools such as eBlaster and generate potential leads.
- Perform data typing and data conversion assignments efficiently.
- Carry out basic computer operations with accuracy.
- Create and manage invoices and billing documentation.
- Develop, test, and disseminate content for email marketing campaigns.
- Understand and apply various email marketing strategies and models.
Candidate Profile
- Applicants may be graduates or undergraduates.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a responsible work ethic.
- Preferably have knowledge in e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Zendesk.
- Self-motivated with the ability to learn independently.
- Should reside close to CBD Belapur, accessible via Harbour and Central Lines.
- Possess good typing speed and computer literacy.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from 15,000 to 30,000 depending on profile and experience.
