Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in driving Kinective's growth by managing the full recruitment lifecycle. This position partners with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract and hire top talent, ensuring that teams have the right people to deliver outstanding results for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to clarify hiring needs, role requirements, and timelines.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment including requisition intake, job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and hire closure.
- Develop targeted recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities, market trends, and talent availability.
- Actively source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, networking, and talent communities.
- Maintain momentum across requisitions by following up on next steps, collecting feedback, and escalating issues as necessary.
- Ensure clear alignment among hiring teams about expectations, processes, candidate profiles, and decision deadlines.
- Provide candidates with a professional and positive experience through timely communications and organized processes.
- Keep recruiting systems and documentation accurate and up to date, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
- Analyze recruitment data and candidate pipelines to identify improvement opportunities and report progress to stakeholders.
- Support initiatives to enhance Kinective’s employer brand and streamline recruiting processes.
Success Criteria
- Active management and steady progress of requisitions without delays or lapses in responsibility.
- Continuous, clear, and proactive communication with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
- Providing candidates with an organized, responsive, and professionally branded recruitment experience.
- Accurate recording and updating of recruiting workflows and documentation.
- Prompt gathering of interview feedback, decisions, and maintaining recruitment momentum.
- Consistent execution with sound judgment, reliability, and thorough follow-through.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or similarly fast-paced sectors.
- Demonstrated success managing end-to-end recruiting processes and achieving hiring targets.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools; familiarity with Paylocity is advantageous.
- Skill in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other direct sourcing methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines, maintain process momentum, and follow through effectively.
- Knowledge of employment law, recruiting compliance standards, and hiring best practices.
- Experience supporting diversity and inclusive hiring initiatives preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: $73,300 to $90,400, based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Most offers fall within this range but not always at the maximum.
