About the Role
We are collaborating with a prominent life sciences organization to recruit a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate. This role is pivotal in managing the entire recruitment process across various business functions, ensuring the identification and hiring of high-caliber talent. The selected candidate will work intimately with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to provide strategic recruitment guidance, market analysis, and data-driven advice aimed at building robust talent pipelines while offering an outstanding candidate experience. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager, this position also supports continuous enhancement initiatives and employer branding efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, managing offers, and facilitating onboarding for a diverse set of roles.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR partners to devise and implement effective recruitment strategies, share market insights, and create hiring plans aligned with business goals.
- Develop and sustain proactive talent pipelines through innovative sourcing methods, building candidate relationships, recruitment marketing, and extensive networking.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, job advertisements, candidate information, and reports; utilize recruitment technologies and analytics to enhance hiring outcomes.
- Contribute to talent acquisition projects, employer branding campaigns, recruitment events, and ongoing process improvements to elevate the recruitment experience.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Science, or related fields.
- Have at least five years of comprehensive recruitment experience, preferably within dynamic, high-volume environments.
- Proven track record partnering effectively with stakeholders to deliver tailored recruitment solutions while managing several hiring campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing, applicant tracking systems (experience with Workday preferred), and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical capabilities; demonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
