Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Partner reporting to the General Manager of People and Culture, you will be part of a collaborative Talent team servicing six community care businesses under Kinyara Health’s shared services model. You will manage recruitment efforts ranging from frontline to leadership roles, balancing hands-on recruitment with strategic talent acquisition initiatives and projects that enhance hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment within your designated business portfolio, building robust partnerships with leaders and ensuring excellent hiring outcomes.
- Conduct hands-on recruitment tasks such as application screening, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding facilitation.
- Serve as a trusted talent acquisition advisor, offering practical guidance and challenging recruitment approaches to help leaders make informed hiring decisions.
- Develop attraction strategies and proactively source talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring demands.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced setting, juggling multiple priorities while adapting to evolving business needs.
- Utilize recruitment data, labor market insights, and workforce trends to influence talent decisions and enhance recruitment outcomes.
- Contribute beyond recruitment by supporting employer branding, community engagement, and workforce initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition peers, People & Culture, shared services, and operational teams to deliver impactful results.
- Continuously seek improvement opportunities by embracing curiosity and innovative ideas.
About You
You thrive in building relationships and solving recruitment challenges, comfortably engaging in both tactical hiring activities and strategic talent planning. Your background includes comprehensive recruitment experience spanning high-volume, specialist, and leadership roles. You bring a growth mindset, strategic perspective, a proactive can-do attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, genuine care for people, comfort using technology including AI and data, a collaborative spirit, and resilience in managing rapid change.
Other Role Requirements
- Based primarily in Balaclava with travel required to Tullamarine and Carrum Downs offices and occasional interstate trips.
- Possession of a current Victorian Driver License and reliable vehicle preferred.
- Must have Australian working rights.
- Required to have a Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
