Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruiting processes for both site-based and professional roles organization-wide. This position collaborates closely with site leadership, executives, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to align on hiring requirements, develop sourcing strategies, evaluate candidates, and drive hires through to acceptance and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple recruitment projects from initial meetings through candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Source candidates for clinical and operational jobs including Clinical Research Coordinators, Research Assistants, nurses, Medical Assistants, regulatory personnel, patient recruiters, and administrative staff.
- Establish candidate pipelines leveraging professional networking, direct outreach, referrals, industry groups, and digital sourcing tools.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications, devise recruitment plans, and counsel on compensation.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screening, produce qualified candidate shortlists, and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system, handle confidential assignments, and contribute to enhancing recruitment processes and employer branding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience substituting for formal education.
- A minimum of five years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting, with at least three years in healthcare recruitment.
- Proven expertise in sourcing and engaging passive candidates for challenging positions.
- Experience in clinical research, healthcare, life sciences, or multi-site healthcare recruitment environments preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with executives, site leaders, and hiring managers while managing multiple recruiting initiatives concurrently.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter; experience with Workable is an advantage.
Additional Information
- This is a remote position available to candidates located in the United States.
- Position may require up to 10% travel for site visits, leadership meetings, or industry events.
- The base salary range is $75,000 to $100,000 annually, with room for negotiation for an exceptional candidate.
