Role Overview
This position involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for clients without leading a team. It is ideal for candidates who enjoy direct involvement in sourcing, interviewing, and engaging with clients while handling multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for permanent roles across diverse industries.
- Comprehend client hiring needs and formulate effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels including professional networks and headhunting.
- Perform candidate screening and competency-based interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, function fit, and behavioral traits.
- Provide clients with detailed candidate reports summarizing qualifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates efficiently.
- Lead offer negotiation discussions and maintain candidate engagement until onboarding.
- Develop and sustain talent pipelines for future recruitment demands.
- Accurately maintain candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Keep abreast of market trends, salary standards, and recruitment best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of six years’ experience in recruitment roles.
- Background in agency recruitment or executive search is advantageous.
- Proficiency in sourcing passive candidates using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions and sectors.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities and effective communication skills.
- Competency in conducting interviews and recruitment assessments.
- Familiarity with using Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Negotiation skills combined with relationship-building expertise.
- Capability to manage multiple open positions concurrently.
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-driven and capable of independent work.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience recruiting within the GCC and Middle East regions.
- Background in sourcing for technology, cybersecurity, engineering, commercial, and leadership roles.
- Knowledge of AI-powered recruitment tools and contemporary sourcing methodologies.
