Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Role

We seek a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team at Curefit. This position focuses on large-scale hiring across multiple domains including operations, sales, retail, customer support, and frontline business functions. The candidate should thrive in a fast-moving environment and efficiently manage high-volume recruitment cycles within set deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes specifically for bulk and volume hiring roles.
• Identify and attract candidates using various channels such as job boards, social networking sites, employee referrals, and recruitment vendors.
• Conduct screening and shortlisting of applicants as per the position requirements.
• Organize interview schedules and deliver a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Achieve closures meeting the agreed turnaround times and hiring targets.
• Oversee offer deployment, negotiate with candidates when necessary, and coordinate onboarding steps.
• Maintain precise recruitment records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) regularly.
• Develop and sustain talent pools to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and company stakeholders to gather updates and refine hiring plans.
• Ensure strict compliance with recruitment guidelines, processes, and company policies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Between 1 to 3 years of solid Talent Acquisition experience.
• Proven expertise in bulk or volume hiring.
• Preferred background in recruitment for retail, sales, operational roles, BPO, customer service, or other frontline positions.
• Demonstrated skill in candidate sourcing and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication skills paired with strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Capability to excel in a target-oriented, fast-paced recruitment environment.

Preferred Skills

• Practical experience using popular recruitment platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Good comprehension of recruitment metrics including hiring funnels.
• Proficient negotiation skills and ability to engage candidates effectively.
• Experience with various ATS software tools.
