Role Responsibilities

  • Govern and manage engineering information, technical documentation, and manufacturing systems to enhance business operations and digital transformation efforts.
  • Oversee the Engineering Technical Library with responsibility for controlling, maintaining, and managing the lifecycle of both OEM and internal technical documents.
  • Administer engineering digital platforms such as SAP and MES to maintain system stability and performance.
  • Maintain the accuracy and consistency of engineering master data across enterprise platforms.
  • Coordinate system upgrades, enhancements, testing, licensing, vendor relations, and user support aligning with operational needs.

  • Practical experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SAP, ERP, or other relevant engineering and manufacturing software.
  • Expertise in engineering master data management, system administration, technical documentation control, and data governance.
  • Proven track record in implementing system changes, conducting testing including user acceptance testing, and providing end-user assistance.
  • Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver system enhancements and operational improvements.
  • Understanding of manufacturing, engineering, or aerospace maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) processes.
  • Knowledge of system integration and digital transformation processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
  • Ability to lead continuous improvement projects and maintain critical engineering systems effectively.
