Supply Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous Supply Coordinator to join our Riyadh team. This position encompasses managing comprehensive supply chain activities, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements, and enhancing operational effectiveness through proficient use of Oracle, SAP, SFDA, and Sabeer systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and inventory processes to fulfill organizational needs.
• Keep supply schedules precise and update records in Oracle and SAP systems.
• Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and regulatory authorities to guarantee prompt deliveries.
• Comply with SFDA regulations and internal company policies rigorously.
• Monitor stock levels and trigger replenishment orders through Sabeer workflows.
• Generate periodic reports detailing supply chain metrics, discrepancies, and operational performance.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional departments to troubleshoot and resolve supply chain challenges.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Possess between 2 to 4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related operational functions.
• Skilled in using Oracle and SAP platforms specifically for procurement and inventory management.
• Experienced with SFDA regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Familiar with Sabeer system processes and workflows.
• Effective communicator with strong coordination abilities.
• Highly detail-oriented and capable of multitasking under tight deadlines.

Preferred Credentials

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Certifications in Supply Chain Management, such as CSCP or CPIM, considered an advantage.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic languages.
• Prior experience working in the Gulf region or collaborating with suppliers from the region.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is beneficial.
