Supply Chain Operations Associate

About the Role

This position involves managing key elements of supply chain operations including planning, procurement, distribution, and aftermarket services to enhance efficiency and client value. The focus is on order fulfillment encompassing picking, packing, and prompt delivery while managing inventory and logistics to meet customer expectations accurately.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within the team to resolve routine issues using existing guidelines and precedents.
• Work closely under direct supervision, following moderate to detailed instructions for task execution.
• Contribute individually by focusing on predefined work areas impacting personal output.
• Participate in rotational shifts as required by the role.

Key Duties

• Implement and optimize best practices in order management covering order creation through fulfillment, including financial processes such as order prioritization, purchase order receipt, and invoice reconciliation.
• Ensure inventory availability, fulfillment accuracy, service provisioning, and billing activation.
• Manage distributed order management across both online and offline networks.

Requirements

• Any undergraduate degree.
• Experience ranging from 1 to 3 years in relevant supply chain or order management roles.

Additional Information

This opportunity includes potential contractor conversion and requires readiness to work rotating shifts. The role primarily involves internal interactions within the immediate team and reporting supervisor.
