Supervisor/Incharge

About the Role

Bake Studio Foods Private Limited is seeking a Supervisor/Incharge to manage and oversee dispatch and night production operations at their Meerut location. The role involves ensuring efficient production, dispatch processes, and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dispatch schedules organized by outlet demand and verify all aspects of the shipment including quantity, quality, and expiry dates.
• Guarantee timely loading and dispatch of vehicles to meet delivery deadlines.
• Keep accurate dispatch records and perform regular stock reconciliations.
• Collaborate closely with the Production, Stores, and Outlet teams to coordinate activities.
• Implement and monitor FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry First Out) inventory practices while ensuring the cold chain is maintained effectively.
• Reduce errors in dispatch and minimize product damage during handling.
• Oversee the night production plan execution, supervising manpower and allocating tasks to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain product quality and hygiene, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor raw material inventory and machinery functionality to avoid operational delays.
• Work with the Dispatch team to support timely morning dispatches.
• Control production waste and promptly report any production-related concerns.
• Prepare and submit daily production reports and conduct shift handover documentation.

Eligibility

Suitable candidates should have relevant experience in production supervision or dispatch management.
