Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager with administrative duties to optimize store performance.
• Support sales initiatives by helping drive and achieve sales targets.
• Encourage and motivate team members by setting attainable goals using effective leadership and communication.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures in store operations.
• Provide outstanding customer service consistently.

Who We Are Looking For

• Retail supervisory experience between one and two years.
• A proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and an enthusiasm for customer interaction.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, fostering a positive team atmosphere.
