Role Overview

As a Zizzi Restaurant Supervisor or Shift Leader, you will be an essential part of the management team. We seek proactive leaders who prioritize both excellent service standards and team well-being. Whether you’re aiming to step into a leadership role or already experienced, your duties will include managing key service areas such as the bar, food pass, or hosting during the busiest times and overseeing the restaurant independently during quieter periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant operations during less busy periods ensuring safety and smooth functionality.
• Take charge of critical areas like the Pass, Bar, or Floor during peak rushes, maintaining seamless service delivery.
• Address and resolve any guest concerns promptly and effectively.
• Inspire, train, and support the Front of House team to enhance skills and deliver memorable hospitality experiences.
• Maintain high standards of dish presentation and overall restaurant quality to create exceptional dining occasions.
• Ensure the restaurant environment remains clean, safe, and welcoming for both guests and staff.
