Role Overview

This position demands a proactive individual capable of assisting leadership in both strategic development and hands-on execution. The successful candidate will support various business domains including administrative functions, recruitment efforts, strategic planning, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive market expansion strategies and design plans for launching new services, ensuring seamless coordination with Government Relations, Marketing, and Technology teams.
• Partner with business owners and country managers to uphold world-class operational standards covering licensing, local exchange operations, product offerings, and growth initiatives.
• Utilize data dashboards extensively to analyze user experience, monitor key operational metrics, pinpoint improvement opportunities, and propose and implement actionable solutions.
• Work cross-functionally leveraging region-specific data and insights to recommend changes, design and oversee experiments, and execute operational product updates.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum three years of successful experience in comparable roles such as management consulting or operational roles in rapidly scaling startups.
• Strong data analysis skills with capability to extract and interpret data independently; adept at scaling these insights regionally.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills at the executive level, with the ability to simplify complex challenges and develop comprehensive business cases and quantitative models for operational strategies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to managing risks and rewards in pioneering sustainable operations.
• Excellent cross-cultural interpersonal abilities to establish and maintain strong relationships with teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
• Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency and digital assets, energized by the vision to transform an entire industry.
• Experience thriving in fast-paced, evolving high-growth environments.
• Proficiency in English and Russian at a business level to efficiently collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
