Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated financial models covering the entire organization and its subsidiaries, including detailed business line forecasts.
• Lead budgeting efforts, quarterly re-forecasting, long-term financial planning, and deliver monthly management reports across departments.
• Analyze financial and operational outcomes, uncover significant trends and deviations, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Conduct in-depth scenario and sensitivity analyses focusing on key business drivers such as digital asset circulation growth, yield on reserves, and shifts in interest rates.
• Support strategic business growth by creating quantitative business cases and financial evaluations for new products, partnerships, and expansion plans.
• Produce monthly financial summaries, executive-level KPI dashboards, and ad-hoc strategic reports for senior management.
• Collaborate closely with Accounting, Risk, and Operations teams to oversee and forecast regulatory capital requirements, liquidity status, and financial metrics relevant to regulated entities.
• Implement scalable FP&A frameworks, reporting systems, and financial controls to aid global expansion.

Candidate Requirements

• Earned a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Possess 5 to 7 years of advancing experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting.
• Have solid domain expertise with prior exposure to fintech, payments, banking, digital assets, or regulated financial services.
• Exhibit advanced skills in financial modeling and analytics, with proven experience building complex operational, capital, and scenario models from the ground up.
• Demonstrate ability in strategic execution including preparation of budgets, forecasts, business cases, and financial presentations for executive audiences.
• Strong quantitative problem-solving skills capable of translating complex financial data into clear, strategic insights for executives.
