Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience as Sales & Merchant Support Interns at Pine Labs. This role offers exposure to merchant relationship handling, financial product knowledge, and Point-of-Sale (PoS) operations over a six-month internship in the Delhi-NCR region. It is ideal for fresh graduates aiming to start a career in sales, fintech, or retail finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to 3 to 5 designated merchant stores such as Chroma, Vijay Sales, Reliance Digital, and Apple Store.
• Provide education to merchants regarding Pine Labs EMI and Brand EMI offerings.
• Assist merchants in processing Card EMI transactions via PoS terminals.
• Support merchants by resolving basic queries related to EMI and PoS systems.
• Promote EMI solutions to enhance merchant engagement and facilitate customer adoption.
• Ensure seamless execution of EMI transactions at various merchant locations.
• Keep accurate documentation of merchant visits and daily tasks.

Candidate Requirements

• Fresh graduates from any academic discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and self-motivation.
• Good customer engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Experience or exposure through internships, projects, or work in product finance, retail sales, or brand promotion is advantageous.
