Role Overview

We seek a customer-oriented and proactive Store Manager to supervise daily store activities, lead the team, manage inventory, boost sales, and guarantee a superior customer experience at our Gurgaon location (Sector 109). Candidates from any retail sector background are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full store operations including opening and closing procedures, meeting daily sales goals, and maintaining excellent customer service.
• Lead, train, motivate, and manage the store staff to maintain smooth functioning and high workplace standards.
• Manage inventory activities such as stock ordering, receiving, merchandising, vendor coordination, and regular inventory audits.
• Enhance sales via promotional campaigns, upselling techniques, and engaging customer interactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness, uphold safety protocols, and ensure appealing visual merchandising displays.
• Address and resolve customer complaints effectively and nurture long-lasting customer loyalty.
• Analyze sales reports, monitor expenses and key performance indicators, and communicate updates to headquarters.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely stock deliveries and manage petty cash operations.
• Operate POS systems, conduct billing, and perform essential administrative duties.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation is a mandatory educational requirement.
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ demonstrated experience in retail or store management.
• Proven background in team leadership and people management.
• Strong leadership qualities coupled with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and POS/inventory management systems.
• Proficient communication in both English and Hindi.
• Willingness to work extended hours depending on business needs.
• Preference for candidates residing in Gurgaon.
• A passion for pets is considered an additional advantage.
