Role overview
The store manager will be responsible for driving store sales, improving customer experience, and supporting team growth. This role focuses on building customer loyalty, strengthening the brand’s local presence, and leading store operations with a strong customer-first approach.
Key responsibilities
- Define sales targets and carry out plans that improve revenue and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate store staff to improve productivity and overall performance.
- Ensure the store remains neat, organized, and visually presentable at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage day-to-day store operations.
Qualifications
- Completion of high school or an equivalent qualification/experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in store management.
