Role Overview

We seek a motivated and dynamic Store Manager for our Hobart store to lead sales, nurture a high-performing team aligned with our values, and craft exceptional customer journeys. This important leadership role offers a chance to influence the brand positively and thrive in a lively retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own overall store performance proactively and attentively.
  • Drive sales and profits while controlling costs to meet KPIs.
  • Promote a customer-centric culture delivering warm and outstanding service.
  • Provide inspiring leadership and development to the retail team.
  • Coach and lead the team to achieve targets and foster high performance.
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize sales and customer service.
  • Become a product expert and embody our core values including authenticity, value addition, personalization, expertise, and distinctiveness.
  • Comply with company policies, behaviors, and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, safe workplace adhering to occupational health and safety standards.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of retail management experience.
  • Strong passion for delivering unparalleled customer experience.
  • Proven collaborative, approachable leadership style with a track record of results.
  • Experience coaching and leading teams effectively.
  • Competence in budget management, KPI achievement, compliance, reporting, and efficient rostering.
  • Exemplary honesty, integrity, and transparent communication.
  • Hard-working attitude with commitment to adding value and willingness to actively engage in tasks.
  • Physical capability to handle regular manual tasks, such as lifting and moving furniture items safely.

Additional Information

  • Applicants must be Australian citizens, residents, or hold valid work rights in Australia.
  • Work schedule: Tuesday through Sunday for 38 hours per week.
