About the Role

Mafco, a growing footwear brand based in Chennai, is seeking a dedicated Store Helper to join our team for a long-term position. This role involves supporting various store operations to ensure smooth functioning and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in packing footwear and related products accurately.
• Attend to customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance marketing efforts.
• Support the reorder process and participate in selecting new designs.
• Perform quality checks on products before packing.
• Label and neatly organize packed items within the store.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store environment.
• Follow directions and guidelines provided by the supervisor.
• Handle basic billing and invoicing tasks as per store procedures.
