Staff Nurse

Overview

Nisarg Wellness Private Limited seeks a certified ANM/GNM/BSc Nurse to deliver exceptional nursing care directly to patients at their residences. This position involves administering clinical treatments and assisting physicians to ensure patient well-being through doorstep healthcare services.

Key Duties

• Administer nursing treatments at patients' homes according to medical instructions.
• Provide medications, injections, IV fluids, and other prescribed therapies.
• Regularly monitor vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation.
• Support doctors during home-based consultations and medical procedures.
• Carry out fundamental nursing tasks like wound dressing, catheter care, RT insertion, feeding, and collecting blood/lab samples.
• Keep precise and up-to-date patient treatment records using the designated portal.
• Instruct patients and their families on care regimens and medication adherence.
• Maintain strict hygiene and infection prevention protocols.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as doctors, laboratories, pharmacies, and ambulance services for coordinated care delivery.

• Willingness to travel for home visits and nearby camp locations.

Working Conditions and Additional Information

• Position is field-based, involving home visits.
• Shifts are flexible and rotational but exclude night shifts.
• Possession of personal vehicle and valid driving license is preferred.
