Overview
Join Regeneron, a forward-looking biotechnology company focused on delivering innovative medicines to patients with severe diseases. We are currently seeking a Staff Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our Continuous Improvement team at the Raheen site in Limerick. This role is key to driving impactful, measurable enhancements across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCP) by managing transformational initiatives and deploying continuous improvement systems and tools across the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical execution and outcomes of significant transformational projects, including site-wide initiatives such as visual and daily management systems. Collaborate closely with senior leaders to prioritize and convert strategies into executable plans.
- Assess and prioritize the portfolio of continuous improvement projects ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and manage the design and delivery of major initiatives under IOPS Strategic Priorities.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the impact of continuous improvement programs against SQDCP indicators.
- Independently lead cross-functional and cross-site Kaizen events and structured problem-solving sessions aimed at waste elimination and alternative solutions, adeptly managing resistance and ambiguity.
- Develop and implement new CI systems, tools, and training; manage upskilling efforts and deployment within IOPS.
- Provide dedicated continuous improvement expertise to assigned organizational groups, fostering solid relationships with senior leadership and stakeholders across functions to enhance organizational engagement.
- Prepare and deliver compelling reports and proposals tailored to project teams and executive leadership audiences.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in scientific, engineering, or business disciplines is required; a Master’s degree (MS, MBA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 9 years’ experience in operations or manufacturing within highly regulated environments such as GMP is essential.
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Applied Statistics, Theory of Constraints, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Kaizen methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead change management initiatives that achieve process and behavioral adoption and sustainability.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with all organizational levels, including senior executives.
- Proficiency with data visualization and reporting software such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI for continuous improvement impact communication.
- Certification as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred; Master Black Belt certification is a plus but demonstrated leadership and results are critical.
- Experience coaching and mentoring others in structured problem-solving approaches.
- Track record managing transformational projects such as visual management systems, Hoshin Kanri deployment, or organization-wide capability-building programs is highly desirable.

Salary for this role ranges from €74,000 to €120,700 per year. Compensation is finalized based on location, role level, skills, and experience and may be influenced by collective bargaining agreements where applicable.
