Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with company goals, providing architectural and organizational guidance to ensure sustainable growth.
• Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams, including team leads and senior developers, setting clear objectives and fostering professional development in a distributed team environment.
• Deliver high-quality product and platform initiatives on schedule, continually refining workflows, development methodologies, and technical decisions.
• Drive system architecture evolution for scalability, performance, and maintainability, promoting adoption of modern technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and executive leaders to define priorities, technical requirements, and maintain a unified roadmap.
• Identify and address risks throughout the development lifecycle, advocating best practices in observability, security, testing, and release management.
• Encourage a high-performance culture emphasizing transparency, continuous improvement, quality, and innovation.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• More than 10 years of software development experience, including at least 5 years in engineering leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional engineering teams in complex, fast-growing environments.
• Expertise in modern software architectures, cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and microservices.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD processes, and engineering performance metrics.
• Experience managing distributed teams across various locations and scaling organizations effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical leaders.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities in high-pressure settings.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred but Not Required

• Background in gaming, financial technology, or platform-as-a-service sectors.
• Knowledge of payments infrastructure, user-facing APIs, or developer tools.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Certifications related to cloud technologies, Agile methodologies, or technical leadership.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $160,000 annually.
