Role Overview
This full-time position based on-site in Bhopal involves managing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage audiences effectively. Responsibilities include crafting and scheduling posts, optimizing content for greater reach and interaction, monitoring social media channels, promptly responding to audience inquiries, and coordinating with marketing and design teams to align visual and textual content.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies that raise brand awareness and increase audience engagement.
- Create, schedule, and optimize posts across various social media platforms.
- Monitor social media activities, interacting with comments and messages to foster a positive brand image.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to produce cohesive visual and written content.
- Analyze performance metrics and run targeted campaigns to support marketing goals.
- Stay informed about social media trends and best practices relevant to fashion and lifestyle sectors.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization to manage and grow brand presence effectively.
- Excellent communication and writing abilities to produce clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging.
- Proficiency in content strategy for planning and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Knowledge of analytics tools along with basic design or visual content creation skills.
- Understanding of fashion or lifestyle branding and previous experience managing social media for fashion or retail brands preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhopal and collaborate effectively across teams while remaining adaptable to new social media trends.
