- Job Location: Belfast / Lisburn, Northern Ireland
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours weekly
- Employment Type: Permanent, full-time

Key Responsibilities
- Executing plastering duties including internal skimming, dry lining, and external rendering on project sites ensuring proper preparation and finishing of surfaces
- Completing scheduled and reactive assignments within agreed timelines, adhering strictly to regulations and client specifications
- Collaborating within project teams or reactive maintenance groups to perform small maintenance tasks under supervision or independently when required
- Ensuring practical completion of tasks is achieved punctually
- Performing varied maintenance repairs such as installing building fabric fixtures and fittings, civil works (paving, concreting, bricklaying, tiling, curbing, fencing, minor tarmac work), site cleanup, small roofing repairs, patching and painting
- Handling material deliveries between locations and suppliers
- Managing site waste responsibly
- Upholding the highest health and safety standards and following best work practices
- Comfortable working at heights as needed
About You
Desirable qualifications and experience include:
- Valid full UK driver's license
- Previous involvement with Employment & Skills initiatives
- Familiarity with the trade/building sector
- Possession of a registered CSCS/CSR card or equivalent skill certification
- Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) certification
- Plant operator licenses for machinery such as diggers, MEWPs, telehandlers, dumpers, trailers, etc.
