Key Responsibilities

• Carry out work in strict compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and instructions provided.
• Oversee the proper installation of ceilings, flooring, and acoustic materials to meet project requirements.
• Inspect workmanship diligently, maintaining the requisite quality benchmarks throughout the process.
• Ensure precise alignment, leveling, finishing, and measurements are maintained on site.
• Minimize material wastage by monitoring consumption and work practices effectively.
• Manage project timing to guarantee that tasks are finalized within the established schedule.
• Collaborate effectively with multiple agencies on site to prevent operational conflicts.

Candidate Requirements and Eligibility

Applicants should possess a graduate degree. Previous experience in site supervision within interior finishing or fit out works is advantageous.
