Role Overview

The position of Site Foreman is full-time and based onsite in Al Khobar. This role entails supervising daily construction and fit-out operations, coordinating the site workforce, assigning tasks, and tracking progress to ensure timely, safe, and quality-compliant completion of work in line with design plans. The Site Foreman performs site inspections, addresses on-site challenges, manages materials and equipment logistics, and enforces adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards. Working closely with project managers, designers, and subcontractors, the role demands effective communication with all stakeholders and preparation of routine reports on project status, site condition, and resource requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in overseeing site teams and managing daily operational activities.
• Practical familiarity with operating or coordinating heavy construction equipment and managing site logistics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear instructions, reporting, and teamwork.
• Experience in hands-on carpentry or general building work, with a focus on precision and high-quality finishes.
• Basic maintenance skills, including troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining tools and equipment.
• Previous work as a Site Foreman or in a comparable role within construction, interior fit-out, or design-build projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance protocols.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications accurately to translate them into effective site operations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Technical diploma or certification in construction, civil engineering, or a related discipline is advantageous.
