Job Overview
We are seeking a Site Engineer to oversee and coordinate construction work at project sites ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to plans. This role involves daily supervision, technical problem-solving, and collaboration with various stakeholders to keep construction activities on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily construction operations on-site.
- Interpret and utilize construction drawings and specifications accurately.
- Ensure that all work conforms with project plans and quality benchmarks.
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and project managers to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Oversee the availability and usage of labor, materials, and equipment at the site.
- Carry out regular site inspections and quality control assessments.
- Enforce compliance with safety protocols and organizational policies.
- Document daily progress and maintain comprehensive site records.
- Address and resolve any technical challenges encountered during construction.
- Confirm measurements and quantities for accurate billing and project documentation.
Compensation
This position offers a monthly salary ranging from 20000 to 40000 INR based on qualifications and experience.
