SIA Licensed Security Team Member

Position Overview

We are hiring for the role of Security Team Member at Haven, based in Norfolk, England. This opportunity includes full-time, part-time, or seasonal employment options. The role involves maintaining a secure and welcoming atmosphere for guests, owners, and team members at the holiday park.

Key Duties

• Conduct regular monitoring and patrolling around the park to ensure the safety of visitors and staff.
• Manage entry to the park by permitting access only to authorised guests, owners, and personnel.
• Handle security incidents with professionalism and promptness, including emergencies and alarm responses.
• Keep precise records of all incidents and report them to management as necessary.
• Offer friendly assistance and information to guests to enhance their experience.
• Work collaboratively with other employees to foster a safe and pleasant environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) Door Supervisor license is mandatory.
• Experience in security roles is desirable, especially within hospitality or leisure sectors.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay composed in difficult situations.
• Strong focus on detail and exceptional observation abilities.
• Availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
