About The Role
This position involves fostering strong customer connections by providing face-to-face service within our showroom. Demonstrating thorough knowledge of products and equipment, the aim is to boost sales while ensuring customers have a highly positive experience.
Location: Mt Gambier branch
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time permanent role reporting directly to the Branch Manager.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Customer service or relevant industry experience is preferred but not a strict requirement.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical.
- Proficiency in using computer systems to handle customer interactions and maintain records.
- Ability to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure well.
- Willingness to submit to or obtain necessary background verifications such as Police checks or NDIS Worker Screening due to client interaction.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome customers, delivering excellent, sales-focused customer service.
- Address and resolve customer questions and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Continuously update knowledge of products and services to enhance customer experience.
- Support customers with accurate and efficient processing of orders, tracking, and follow-ups to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain showroom presentation and inventory as required.
