Role Overview

As a Shift Leader at Panda Restaurant Group, you will play a key leadership role in fostering Panda's mission within our restaurants. You will assist management in delivering passionate food preparation, heartfelt customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications and Work Environment

• Minimum education: some high school completed.
• Preferably some experience in operations.
• Compliance with local food safety certifications such as Food Handler certification, which must be obtained at the candidate's expense.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing for up to four hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a fast-paced, high-noise kitchen environment.
• Effective verbal communication skills and capability to manage conflicts and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Use of kitchen equipment such as Chinese cook knives and handling of hot and cold foods.
