Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Service Delivery Manager will oversee comprehensive accounting processes including inter-company eliminations and global taxation. The role involves reviewing financial statements, executing statutory ledger reconciliations to maintain audit readiness, leading teams effectively, and acting as the key financial contact for overseas clients.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
A successful candidate should possess over three years of post-qualification experience in accounting, auditing, or taxation, preferably with exposure to BPO/KPO, Big 4 firms, or managing clients based in the US or UK. Proficiency in ERP systems is essential.
