Service Delivery Coordinator

About The Role

The Service Delivery Coordinator plays a crucial part in assisting the Manager by organizing daily resources at the site. Although there are no direct reports, this role acts as the key liaison among Couriers, Delivery Agents, Contract Posties, RD Contractors, and Box Lobby staff, ensuring that daily staffing levels meet operational needs. This position requires a proactive individual who prioritizes safety and contributes to a productive and positive team environment.

Work Schedule and Contract Details

• Fixed Term engagement until 2 April 2027
• Work hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:30
• Must be willing to travel between multiple sites within the North region, without overnight stays
• Hourly pay rate is $30.78 NZD

About You

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills complemented by strong time management
• Holds a full, clean New Zealand driver's license (mandatory)
• Capable of traveling across company sites as required
• Self-driven with ability to work well independently and within a team environment
• Efficient in managing administrative tasks with limited supervision
• Competent with computer operations
• Knowledgeable about safety systems and compliance within operational settings
• Experience or understanding of transport and logistics is advantageous
