Role Overview

We seek a seasoned Senior UI/UX Designer to lead user-focused innovations that elevate our global travel platforms. This role bridges product strategy and technical development by crafting seamless, visually consistent digital experiences for all consumer brands and mobile applications. The designer will handle complete design life cycles, leveraging advanced skills in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create pixel-perfect, scalable user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive user flows, wireframes, interaction maps, and precise UI layouts for feature development.
• Conduct qualitative user interviews, usability studies, and analyze data to inform design decisions.
• Build and maintain a unified design system ensuring consistency across web and mobile interfaces.
• Create interactive prototypes from low- to high-fidelity for development and testing phases.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and frontend engineers to maintain design integrity throughout implementation.
• Resolve complex technical and business challenges by designing intuitive interfaces that boost key metrics like conversion and retention.
• Execute user testing focused on identifying and reducing booking frictions, anxiety, and trust issues during financial transactions.
• Utilize customer feedback, analytics, and market trends to generate insightful user experience enhancements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or relevant practical experience.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX, interaction, or product design for consumer-facing digital platforms.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, including components, auto-layout, and variables; expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
• Demonstrable portfolio exhibiting thorough design thinking, typography, layout composition, and visual execution.
• Strong knowledge of responsive web design, mobile-first approaches, and platform standards such as Google Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, component-driven frontend frameworks, or mobile app environments to ensure smooth handoff to development teams.
• Effective presentation and communication skills to advocate for design concepts and assimilate feedback from diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions, including prototyping animations using tools like Lottie or After Effects.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum development setups.
