About the Role

StaffBright is seeking a seasoned Technical Recruiter to join our expanding team. This fully remote position centers on sourcing and placing professional candidates primarily in engineering, finance and accounting, and IT sectors. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of three years of staffing and recruiting experience, with a strong record of success, particularly in direct-hire placements. Experience advancing from recruiting to client-facing roles like account management is highly regarded. Candidates must live in the Eastern, Central, or Mountain time zones and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate evaluation, presenting candidates, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, negotiating offers, and completing placements.
  • Specialize in recruiting professional talent in engineering, finance and accounting, IT, and other specialized business functions.
  • Devise and implement sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.

Required Qualifications

  • At least three years’ experience at a staffing, recruiting, or search firm.
  • Proven success in hiring and placing professional-level candidates.
  • Recruitment experience within at least one area: engineering, finance and accounting, or information technology.
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and candidate management.
  • Skilled at sourcing both active and passive candidates.
  • Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, job boards, and recruitment technologies.
  • Strong interviewing abilities, candidate evaluation skills, and relationship management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Highly organized with close attention to detail.
  • Capable of juggling multiple jobs, priorities, and candidate pools at once.
  • Self-motivated and accountable in a fully remote setting.
  • Residency in Eastern, Central, or Mountain time zones is mandatory.
