We are looking for a Senior Solution Consultant (m/f/*) CPG / Manufacturing to join our team. We're looking for an experienced professional with a passion for using the latest technologies – including machine learning – to optimize our customers' supply chains and mentor the next generation of consultants. You'll be joining a highly skilled team of consultants, taking a leading role in shaping solutions, driving best practices, and contributing to the growth of the team. You'll work closely with both our customers and in-house teams to deliver innovative, creative solutions at scale. The role requires deep expertise in supply chain business processes and software configuration.   What you'll be doing: <ul class="[li_&]:mb-0 [li_&]:mt-1 [li_&]:gap-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3 print:block print:space-y-1"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Lead customer engagements to define business objectives and translate them into strategic planning solutions.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Drive cross-functional collaboration to architect and deliver tailored supply chain solutions that measurably improve customer profitability.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Own the end-to-end integration of our product with clients' existing systems and processes, ensuring scalability and long-term fit.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Oversee rigorous testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet the highest standards.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers in maximizing the value of our product and championing continuous improvement.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Provide senior-level support for critical incidents and lead value-driven development initiatives.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Mentor and coach junior consultants, sharing expertise and raising the overall capability of the team.</li> </ul>   What you will bring to the table: <ul class="[li_&]:mb-0 [li_&]:mt-1 [li_&]:gap-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3 print:block print:space-y-1"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">A relevant academic background (e.g., Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields).</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Extensive professional experience in solution design, consulting, supply chain operations, or software implementation, ideally within SaaS or ERP/Planning systems.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Deep expertise in manufacturing operations with a comprehensive understanding of planning and scheduling challenges at scale.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Advanced data analytics, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; strong proficiency with SQL.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">A strong track record of leading complex implementations, including testing, quality assurance, training, and user adoption.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of an organization.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">A proactive, adaptable mindset with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead in a fast-changing environment.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Fluency in English and German is required.</li> </ul>   What we offer in return You'll be supported and given the space to thrive.
