Senior Software Engineer - AI Division

Overview

We seek a proficient Senior Software Engineer to join our AI Division at IBES Technologies in Riyadh. This role suits a developer with a strong technical background who is passionate about leveraging automation, up-to-date development frameworks, and cutting-edge Generative AI technologies. The engineer will be responsible for crafting, implementing, and maintaining scalable AI-based solutions in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

Primary Duties

• Architect, create, and launch backend and frontend applications utilizing contemporary frameworks such as React, Next.js, Node.js, and FastAPI.
• Develop RESTful APIs and enhance database queries to ensure scalability and system robustness.
• Implement automation workflows with tools like Power Automate, Zapier, or n8n to increase operational efficiency and streamline data processing.
• Integrate Generative AI platforms including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, and AWS Bedrock into production-ready solutions.
• Apply Large Language Model (LLM) enhancements such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows, contextual data compression, and model assessment techniques.
• Set up hosting environments locally and on cloud infrastructures for LLM fine-tuning and deployment.
• Oversee continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows and containerized applications using Docker technology.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Preferably holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least three years of practical experience in backend or full-stack development roles.
• Expertise in modern development frameworks including React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, or .NET.
• Skilled in designing RESTful APIs and optimizing database (SQL/NoSQL) queries.
• Experienced in creating automation processes with Power Automate, Zapier, or n8n.
• Well-versed in integrating Generative AI APIs such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, Vertex, and Bedrock.
• Understanding of RAG methods, context tuning, and local deployment of LLMs.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on delivering maintainable and scalable software solutions.
