Overview
Generali Central Life Insurance is seeking a proactive Senior Sales Manager based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This role prioritizes candidates with experience in insurance and banking sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit advisors and ensure their activation each month according to targets.
- Maintain advisor productivity levels as defined in the company plan.
- Develop strong working relationships to support business initiatives.
- Regularly meet with reporting agents to assess their performance and guide them, ensuring career progression from Team Advisors to Sales Advisors and Agency Officers.
- Generate revenue and attract new customers via face-to-face and digital methods.
- Conduct weekly progress reviews with reporting manager.
- Participate in all management-led meetings and training sessions.
- Ensure a minimum of two joint sales calls are performed daily.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures.
Additional Information
Preferred background: Candidates coming from insurance and banking sales sectors.
Compensation
Monthly salary ranges from 25000 to 47500 INR.
