About the Role
JASARA Program Management Company delivers program management consulting services for complex, high-impact initiatives. The organization helps major programs progress from planning to execution by providing leadership, structure, and delivery oversight. In this role, you would contribute to commercially important work where stakeholder coordination, strategic judgment, and disciplined program leadership are essential.
Role Summary
As a Senior Project Director focused on public-private partnerships, you will help shape and deliver major PPP programs. The position covers the full project lifecycle, from early pursuit to execution, while also supporting new business wins and senior client engagement. You will work across strategy, delivery, and partnership to keep diverse stakeholders aligned on large infrastructure outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Guide major decisions and resolve critical issues across high-value PPP initiatives.
- Lead PPP assignments from opportunity pursuit through full delivery.
- Contribute senior leadership to help secure PPP opportunities in the market.
- Act as the market lead for PPP-related projects.
- Manage delivery of PPP programs through their key stages.
Requirements
- A degree in engineering or a closely related discipline.
- At least 20 years of experience leading complex PPP or infrastructure project delivery, including a strong history of winning PPP bids.
- Background in program leadership and risk management, with exposure to PPP bid governance.
- Strong capability in building client relationships and working with senior stakeholders from both public and private sectors.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Solid understanding of PPP procurement approaches, contracts, and commercial structures is an advantage.
- Experience across PPP asset classes such as transport, social infrastructure, utilities, or mixed infrastructure programs is beneficial.
