Senior Product Manager - Decision Engine

About the Role

Taktile is dedicated to enabling financial institutions to become AI-native organizations. Our rapid growth is driven by enterprise clients from banking and insurance sectors. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee and enhance a vital component of our platform, the Decision Engine.

This Decision Engine is integral to numerous automated decisions including lending, anti-money laundering, and fraud prevention. As Senior Product Manager, you'll collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to balance the needs of our expanding customer base and define data-driven workflow authoring aligned with an agent-first vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and ensure the ongoing success of the Decision Engine, a crucial pillar of the Taktile platform.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of customer requirements, market competitors, and avenues for differentiation in cooperation with teams directly engaging customers.
• Convert customer insights into comprehensive product requirements.
• Create and prioritize a compelling long-term vision and roadmap for your product area.
• Maintain a balance between innovation initiatives and high reliability standards.
• Monitor product performance via metrics and user feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in Product Management, preferably with experience in financial services and B2B SaaS.
• Experience with data-centric and technically sophisticated products, with an eagerness to further develop technical knowledge. Prior involvement in building robust, highly available systems is highly advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of establishing trust and influencing cross-functional decisions.
• Proven ability to deliver sustainable customer value through well-planned product enhancements.
• Data-driven decision-making aptitude; basic SQL knowledge is strongly preferred.
• A proactive, curious mindset eager to take on increasing responsibilities and personal growth.
