Role Summary
The Senior Manager of Global Rewards will oversee and coordinate the entire global reward cycle, including bonus and salary reviews, ensuring timely execution and fostering positive employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the comprehensive annual reward cycle and any off-cycle reviews for the division or region, collaborating with country reward teams to align salary adjustments, promotions, and proposals.
- Conduct job evaluations using the Mercer methodology.
- Lead projects such as harmonizing divisional reward policies, benchmarking initiatives, and refining job architecture.
- Provide expert advice and support to HR and management to deliver reward solutions consistent with the global reward strategy.
- Serve as the functional leader for rewards within the division or region, mentoring and guiding team members across various sub-regions and markets.
- Handle compensation-related activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and organizational changes, including due diligence, retention, and integration efforts.
- Manage end-to-end global mobility support, including benefits renewals, drafting assignment contracts, and coordinating with external advisors.
- Support the daily operations of employee share schemes.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Comfortable working within diverse international environments and cultures.
- Experience in managing international assignments and global mobility programs.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strategic thinker with keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills, adept at needs analysis, program design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Demonstrates a proactive and driven attitude with resilience under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management or related field with leadership experience.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in Rewards and Remuneration, with at least 5 years in a regional or global leadership role.
- Key user capabilities with SuccessFactors or comparable HR Information Systems.
- Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI to generate insightful reports and presentations.
Additional Information
The role contributes to the development of reward strategy and policies for the Coats Group and acts as an internal consultant to advance rewards and remuneration within the division or region.
