Overview
We are currently recruiting for both Level 2 and Level 1 IT Support Engineers specialized in MSP environments to join a well-established IT services company located in North Dublin. This opportunity requires candidates with proven experience working in Irish MSPs, supporting multiple client environments and managing technical projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing Level 2 support and delivering project work across various client sites.
- Installing and maintaining Windows Server environments, including live business deployments.
- Supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Teams, and associated cloud services.
- Handling networking tasks, including troubleshooting firewalls (preferably SonicWall), VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and connectivity issues.
- Resolving endpoint and user access related problems for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Assisting with infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, rollouts, and client-based projects.
- Splitting time between office-based work and client site visits as required.
- Thoroughly documenting work and maintaining up-to-date client records.
- Communicating professionally with clients, end-users, and internal technical teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience as a Level 2 IT engineer within an Irish MSP environment is mandatory.
- Capability to support multiple client environments simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration and Windows Server deployment/support.
- Strong networking troubleshooting experience, particularly with firewalls (SonicWall or equivalent).
- Ability to manage tasks and projects independently from initiation through completion.
- Excellent documentation, written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Possession of a full driving license.
- Professional, dependable, and client-oriented mindset.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range for Level 2 role: €40,000 to €50,000 per annum.
- Salary range for Level 1 role: €35,000 to €40,000 per annum.

Additional Information
Applicants must have existing long-term legal permission to work in Ireland without requiring employment permit sponsorship; sponsorship is not provided now or in the future. The position is based in North Dublin, requiring daily office attendance during a six-month probation period, with occasional visits to client sites for project and support tasks. The company encourages ongoing technical development, mentoring, and pursuing relevant Microsoft certifications, with opportunities to progress to Level 3 roles.
