Overview

The Senior IT Field Technician plays a crucial role in delivering on-site technical assistance to users within healthcare facilities. This role ensures the operational integrity of various IT devices, software, and network components, acting as a local representative for clinical and infrastructure managed services teams. Key Responsibilities
