Overview

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer (freelancer) to join our remote Berlin-based team. This role demands extensive creative experience across print and digital media, coupled with strong leadership capabilities to oversee junior designers and manage project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage your diverse creative background to deliver outstanding and versatile visual designs across multiple media formats.
• Delegate design tasks to Junior Graphic Designers and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Develop cohesive brand identities and product presentations that maintain a consistent and appealing look.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven track record working with major graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, and Figma.
• Collaborative team player mindset, thriving alongside small, cross-functional groups.
• Pragmatic and quality-focused approach, generating effective design solutions that address specific requirements.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively implement creative ideas.
• Keen interest in emerging technologies and commitment to ongoing professional growth.
• Optional: Experience with creating interactive animations using Adobe After Effects or similar tools for digital media outputs is a plus, though not mandatory.
